Respecting your privacy

ERinfo Inc’s website and mobile applications are owned and operated by ERinfo Inc. (“ERinfo”, “us”, “we”), a Delaware corporation. We recognize that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us, online or otherwise, and how we treat that information. This Privacy Policy addresses those concerns. ERinfo respects the privacy of all our supporters, subscribers, members of our mailing lists, or visitors to our website. Information collected by ERinfo

This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us to view our site download our applications. ERinfo only gathers personally identifiable information, such as photos, names, addresses, zip/postal codes, email addresses, medical information etc., when voluntarily submitted by a subscriber. For example, personally identifiable information may be collected to process membership applications, profile updates, respond to a stated desire to apply for a position, or sign up to be part of ERinfo’s mailing list. Opt-out policy

If you do not want to receive postal mail, email or phone calls from us in the future, please let us know by sending your request via email to opt-out@ERinfo.me or by removing your agreement to our Terms of Use via our mobile applications or website. Choosing to opt-out may permanently prohibit you from receiving any ongoing benefits from your ERinfo enrollments including but not limited to any and all services provided by our website and mobile applications. At any time, you have the right to delete all your information from our website and mobile application databases.  Choosing to delete your information will result in you being permanently dropped from receiving all benefits from your ERinfo enrollments including but not limited to any and all services provided by us.


Exceptions to Privacy Policy

ERinfo may disclose personal information if compelled by law or a regulatory authority. In addition, we may need to disclose personal information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury or interfering (either intentionally or unintentionally) with ERinfo’s rights or property, ERinfo’s members, subscribers, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
